How to reduce the appearance of chicken skin: Using First Aid Beauty KP Treatment

I recall stumbling upon this product on the internet and I’ve finally got my hands on it from Sephora.

Keratosis Pilarisis

If you suffer from chicken skin or the proper scientific term Keratosis Polaris Skin then this is for you. There are so many products out there I’ve tried and this one had more positive reviews so I decided to trial it for myself.

The texture of the product is creamy with buffing beads, basically what you’d expect from an exfoliant. You’ll need to apply a bit of water before you apply it directly to your skin.

After a few weeks of using it I could tell the difference to my skin as it felt less bumpy but rather silky and smooth. It does contain AHA so always good to apply sunscreen afterwards. I personally like to use this product when I take an evening shower. One thing I can say is that it’s not cheap but worth every penny spent.
